My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were generally what you would expect from a standard hotel but quite a walk from reception and other facilities. Unfortunately, the spa was out of order intermittently, which affected my sister's birthday celebration. On the plus side, the staff eventually were able to ease some mishaps.
